Macarthur runs on its own economy: a hospital and university precinct at Campbelltown, a historic town centre at Camden, a growing business park at Gregory Hills and manufacturing estates in between. We clean all of it with police-checked, directly employed crews and no lock-in contracts.

Pro Clean Corp provides commercial cleaning across the Macarthur region — Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan, Gregory Hills, Macquarie Fields and Glenfield. Office and retail premises are quoted at $35 to $50 per hour, warehouse and industrial premises at $45 to $65 per hour, and medical or specialist premises at $55 to $75 per hour, with most ongoing clients on a fixed monthly figure agreed after an on-site walkthrough. Cleaners are directly employed, police-checked and covered by $20M public liability insurance. Call 1300 494 983 for a free quote.
Macarthur is far enough from the Sydney CBD that it functions as its own city. Queen Street and the Campbelltown centre carry professional practices, government service offices and a large retail core at Macarthur Square; Campbelltown Hospital and the Western Sydney University campus anchor a health and education cluster; Camden keeps a historic Argyle Street main-street economy of shops, cafes and small professional offices; and Narellan and Gregory Hills have absorbed the retail, medical and business park growth that followed the new residential estates. Nobody in this region is served well by a cleaning contractor whose nearest crew is in the inner west.
We staff Macarthur locally and roster it as one area, which is what makes it possible to hold an agreed attendance window rather than an approximate one. A dental practice in Camden and a childcare centre in Gregory Hills can sit on the same run, on one schedule and one invoice, without travel loadings between them. The broader metropolitan service is described on our Sydney commercial cleaning page, and the adjoining region on South West Sydney.
Four commercial markets sit inside the Macarthur boundary, and they want very different things from a cleaner.
Campbelltown is the region's administrative and health centre. The professional offices along Queen Street and the surrounding blocks are small floorplates with strong confidentiality obligations — legal, accounting, migration and financial practices — and are cleaned after 6pm to a written scope with secure waste handled only through the client's own destruction stream. The medical cluster around the hospital runs on a separate clinical specification entirely. Detail is on commercial cleaning Campbelltown.
Camden is one of the few genuine heritage main streets left in the Sydney basin, and the fabric matters. Argyle Street shopfronts, cafes, galleries, boutiques and first-floor professional rooms sit in nineteenth-century buildings with timber joinery, painted render, tessellated tile entries and original glazing. That rules out aggressive product and high-pressure water on the wrong surface. We clean with surface-appropriate, pH-neutral products, hand-finish entries and thresholds rather than machine-blasting them, and schedule before trade so the street presents to the first customers of the day. See commercial cleaning Camden.
This is the growth end of the region. Narellan Town Centre and the surrounding large-format retail, the medical and dental suites that have followed the new estates, the Gregory Hills business park and its childcare and allied-health tenancies — all modern fitouts with high presentation expectations and, usually, a centre or estate management layer controlling access and waste. Floor programmes run overnight so nothing is wet at opening, and childcare work uses child-safe products on a nightly cycle. See Narellan and Gregory Hills.
The northern end of the region along the rail line is where Macarthur keeps its manufacturing and trade stock: fabrication and engineering, food production and packing, transport and building products, plus TAFE and training facilities. These are two-scope sites — a production or workshop floor and a small front office — and the doorway between them is a named item on our scope because that is where soil transfers. Food-handling areas run a documented sanitation regime. See Glenfield and Macquarie Fields.
Each suburb below has its own commercial cleaning page with local detail and pricing.
This is the base scope. Periodic work — carpet extraction, hard-floor strip and seal, external glazing, high-level dusting, slab re-scrub — is quoted and diarised separately so it lands on a date instead of drifting.
Macarthur premises are quoted against the same Sydney-wide bands as every other region we cover, then fixed in writing after the on-site measure. There is no distance loading for being in Campbelltown or Camden — the crews are based in the region, so the travel that would justify one does not exist.
| Macarthur premises | Size & frequency | Typical cost |
|---|---|---|
| Argyle Street or Queen Street shopfront | Under 200m², 3x per week | $600–$1,200/month |
| Campbelltown professional office | 200–500m², daily | $1,200–$2,500/month |
| Medical, dental or allied health suite | Daily clinical clean | $1,200–$2,800/month |
| Smeaton Grange or Minto industrial unit | 500–2,000m², weekly floor scrub | $800–$2,000/month |
Every band is published in our Sydney commercial cleaning price guide. Pricing is fixed before the first clean, there is no lock-in term, and the quoted figure is the invoiced figure.
Macarthur takes in the Campbelltown and Camden local government areas — Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan, Gregory Hills, Macquarie Fields and Glenfield, plus the estates and centres around them such as Smeaton Grange, Currans Hill, Mount Annan, Oran Park and Minto. It is a genuinely regional market rather than an outer suburb of Sydney, with its own hospital, its own university campus and its own industrial estates.
Yes. Smeaton Grange, Minto and the units around Blaxland Road hold the region’s manufacturing, food production, transport and building-products businesses. Scopes cover machine floor programmes on the slab, degreasing of forklift lanes, dock and roller-door thresholds, crib rooms and amenities, and a conventional office clean at the front of the unit — timed around production shifts rather than dropped into the middle of them.
Office and retail work is quoted at $35 to $50 per hour, warehouse and industrial work at $45 to $65 per hour, and medical or specialist work at $55 to $75 per hour. Ongoing clients almost always move to a fixed monthly figure — commonly $600 to $1,200 a month for a small suite or shopfront cleaned three times a week, and $1,200 to $2,500 for a medium office on a daily clean.
Yes. The consulting suites, dental practices, pathology collection centres, imaging rooms and allied-health clinics around Campbelltown Hospital and along Queen Street run on a clinical scope: TGA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant held for its full label contact time, colour-coded equipment so nothing crosses between treatment rooms, amenities and staff kitchens, and clinical waste left entirely in the practice’s own contracted stream.
Yes. New residential estates around Gregory Hills, Oran Park and Mount Annan have brought a large number of childcare centres and education facilities with them. We use child-safe, low-residue products, run a nightly programme focused on the surfaces children actually touch — low-level door furniture, tabletops, mats, bathroom fixtures at child height — and can work to the cleaning documentation a service needs for its own quality assessments.
Yes to both. Every cleaner holds a current National Police Clearance and is employed by Pro Clean Corp rather than subcontracted or supplied through labour hire. The business carries $20M public liability cover and Workers Compensation. On sites with after-hours key or code access — most offices, clinics and childcare centres out here — that direct employment is the whole point.
